strongly agree and understand your feeling. life is not just work work & work. we will sometimes get “lost” on what we are doing. in the world of internet, you don’t necessary need to stick on your working desk and pretended that you’re actually working… i don’t give a shit on that.

check out the life @ Google. you will get the ideas.

Let your staffs to have some private time with families and frends.

To be or not to be & to work or not to work on saturday. Isn’t it a fanfarking great argument? Let’s put it this way, i’ve been based in RHM KL for approx 1 year & now i’m in RHM China, i have to say 2 different world. And oh yeah, here in china is fanfanfarking great! :)

Anyways, from my humble POV. Most of my clients doesn’t work on Sat. So no point callin ppl that time.(dont wanna get buttfark by ppl :D )

So what do i do during saturdays beside attending sales meeting? and oh yah this is fun!!! May i proufly present ROW YOUR BOAT! Yes ROW YOUR BOAT! How do i do it? Simply visit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Na0qnYO81E and oh yah it increase PRODUCTIVITY *cough*

  8. Mitch Says:

Yeah yeah… Not working on Saturday, saving more energy. Why only practice saving energy in toilet, but wasting energy on Saturday??!?!

  9. Kelvin Tang Says:

This is what im gonna do :

And is supported by EXPERTS and i quote :
    (i) to ensure the safety and health protection of workers in the scheduling of hours of work and to improve basic conditions for flexible hours of work; and

(ii) to safeguard Sundays and public holidays as days of rest from work and of mental recreation for workers

Based on the calculation at my office…its saved at least 10% of the electricity.i guess 10% out of 2k of electricity per month saved loads yeah.?

its not so productive to work on saturday….as most of the company is not working too. togh im not from RHM but its strongly recommended that the management would look into this.

More time for the employee to enjoy themselves with their family members.and now i got loads of time doing my fishing hahahahah.!!!

two thumbs up for not working saturday.

    p/s: it saves alot.

  11. JY Says:

Strongly agree!!… we should take a rest on saturday in order to safe time, money and energy!! so everyone will have more time to plan for weekend activities…

  12. Smart Reader Says:

A smart reader will always work smart. Therefore, i personally strongly agree that in order to increase the productivity, to save more money, to avoid being putih putih XX by client, we hope that company could look into this matter. Believe all the staffs are able to come out a 100 reasons WHY WE SHOULD’NT WORK ON SATURDAY? agree to me?

  14. Ueki Says:

I aso strongly agreeee, no need to work on saturday.
    Few reasons,
    1. Save cost on electric bill
    2. Help in saving car fuel
    3. 2 days off for parking fee.
    - now the mgmnt of plaza kelana jaya charging for parking space, what a bloodsucker, now time of rising fuel price, they aso taking the advantages from the tenant. They should know no tenant no income, deprived people to come there.

so in so, for staff benefits, the mgmnt benefits (cost saving) saturday should be an off day.
    Cheerio

  15. Strong Believer Says:

I believe off on saturday will give advantages to the company and staff,
    why?
    1. Staff more creative and motivate after 2 days off
    2. Company can save cost of utilities.
    3. Staff loyaly - other company able to offer same position, better salary and with 5 working days… human capital should be a priority to a company, agree?
